'Nomads of the Ocean', 'Co(n)razón en la tierra. Rural Women', 'Popular Dress in Tenerife in the 20th Century' and 'Canarian Architecture in Miniature'. Photography, the environment, rural life, fashion, ethnography, art and architecture — four exhibitions complementing the 32nd edition of the Universidad de Verano de Adeje, held across various venues in the municipality. 'Nomads of the Ocean' — Hotel Meliá Jardines del Teide Zooplankton is the invisible engine of the sea. These tiny organisms drift through the world's oceans, feeding creatures of every size — including the great whales. Every night they carry out the largest mass migration on Earth, a continuous, borderless journey that keeps our planet in balance. A photographic exhibition. 'Co(n)razón en la tierra. Rural Women' — Espacio de Historia y Arte, El Barranco An exhibition that uses carefully crafted images and the voices of its subjects to tell the story of women who choose the primary sector as a way of life, with the firm conviction that caring for the land is caring for life. 'Popular Dress in Tenerife in the 20th Century' — Espacio de Historia y Arte, El Barranco This exhibition traces the evolution of everyday dress on the island, showing how social, economic and cultural shifts shaped how people clothed themselves from the late 19th century to the mid-20th century. Rather than presenting a collection of traditional costumes, it invites visitors to discover the daily dress of ordinary people and how international fashions were adapted to the reality of Tenerife. 'Canarian Architecture in Miniature' — Espacio de Historia y Arte, El Barranco By Pablo Pérez. This exhibition aims to promote and celebrate the beauty, simplicity and austerity of Traditional Canarian Architecture.
