Exhibitions, displays, concerts, and traditions at this classic event reimagined as an ethnographic spectacle for all audiences, blending livestock, agriculture, and the history of the Canary Islands. 11:00 – Opening ceremony, led by the Mayor-President of the Ayuntamiento de El Tanque, Doña María Esther Morales Sánchez, and attending authorities. 11:15 – Traditional games display, livestock show, rural artisan products fair, and exhibitions. 12:00 – Reaping, ploughing, and sowing demonstration. Equestrian show. 13:15 – Start of threshing floor activities; sheaves are transferred to the era and wheat is spread out to begin preparation. 14:00 – The Threshing begins. Traditional display as horses trot to compact the straw, followed by teams of cows and oxen dragging the wheat across the stone threshing floor. Musical accompaniment by local folk groups: A.C.
