Festival Taganana is happiness. It is culture, music and performing arts set in a unique rural environment: the Macizo de Anaga, a Biosphere Reserve. Amid ravines and giant rocks, the waves of an endless sea and the most ancient laurel forests in Tenerife, this festival reaches its seventh edition with its broadest international programme to date. More information and registration Rhythms of Africa. Percussion and Dance Workshop. Cameroon. 11:30 at the Centro Socio Cultural Anaga, Taganana. Led by: Lornoar & Michel Mbarga. A workshop to dream and vibrate with the magic of African rhythms. Dances and percussion that will transport us from Taganana to a dynamic, participatory space we can't wait to enjoy. Round Table: Women Entrepreneurs of Anaga. 11:30 at the Centro Socio Cultural Anaga, Taganana. The round table will be held in collaboration with Radio de Anaga and will bring together new women entrepreneurs arriving in Anaga for the first time with their business projects, bringing dynamism, diversity and vitality to the area. Meet & Impact. 12:30 at AAVV La Voz del Valle. A space for dialogue, active listening and the exchange of ideas around entrepreneurship, sustainability and positive impact. Festival Taganana Cares for Anaga. Morning hours at Reserva de la Biosfera Macizo de Anaga. An environmental conservation initiative inviting the public to take an active role in caring for the natural surroundings. Workshop: Stories, Lights, Shadows. Led by: Paloma Blandis. At Festival Taganana, childhood gets a special spotlight with Paloma Blandis. Her way of communicating, the tenderness she brings to her work and her attention to detail with the youngest audiences are values we embraced for this project without hesitation. The Orca and Other Cetaceans Game. Led by: Fundación Canarina. Fundación Canarina works to educate people on the conservation of our environment. Raising awareness of the fauna and flora of the Canary Islands, and the keys to keeping our biodiversity alive, are central to the Festival.
