'Vigilia'

The exhibition aims to present the Sala de Arte as a personal studio, featuring graphic, pictorial, sculptural and installation works, using everyday furniture placed in a formal context. Artist Ione Caraballo portrays in 'Vigilia' the inner habitat — an artist's workspace in its many facets. The space will be arranged much like an actual studio: notes pinned to the walls like post-its, well-lit works, ceramic sculptures resting on concrete blocks, and sketches and drawings on paper carefully displayed.
